harvest / The grapes were selected in the vineyard and manually harvested in boxes.

winemaking / Red vinification, long maceration, controlled fermentation at 25ºC, with two pump-overs per day.

aging / Twelve months in fine-grain French oak barrels and the rest in the bottle.

terroir / Slate (schist).

bottling / April 2024. “Antique” Bordeaux bottle of 75 cl, with an extra natural cork stopper.

tasting notes / Deep purple in color with blackcurrant reflections. On the nose, it offers deep and intense aromas, with smoky notes, vanilla, and coconut derived from its time in wood, combined with the presence of candied and sweet fruit from the Garnacha and Syrah, along with the characteristic freshness of Cabernet Sauvignon.

On the palate, it is fine and elegant, with moderate tannins but good persistence. Its freshness stimulates the taste buds, inviting another sip.

The finish has mineral sensations, leaving a persistent and pleasant aftertaste.
