harvest / The grapes were carefully selected in the vineyard and hand-picked into small boxes.

aging / Twelve months in French oak barrels and the remainder in the bottle.

terroir / Made from grapes grown in the Busquet vineyard, a mountain plot with slate soil located next to the farmhouse.

bottling / February 2024. “Antique” Bordeaux bottle of 75 cl, sealed with an extra natural cork.

tasting notes / Deep cherry color with ruby reflections and dense tears. Aromas of ripe red fruit, mineral notes, and hints of cocoa, sweet spices, and a balsamic background. On the palate, it is broad and silky, with fine, balanced tannins. Good acidity and marked minerality. Long and elegant finish, with lingering notes of fruit and Mediterranean herbs.

A wine that authentically reflects the character of Empordà Grenache and the mineral strength of the slate soils of Vilamaniscle. Balance, depth, and elegance from an excellent vintage, with aging that has respected the fruit while adding complexity and harmony.
