elaboration / Fifteen days of fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. After fermentation, it is kept in stainless steel vats until bottled.

terroir /Llicorella (slate).

bottled/ November 2025. Bordeaux style bottle of 75 cl. and natural cork.
tasting note / This wine has had a brief maceration with the skins before passing it through the press.
