Vilamaniscle \/ DO Empord\u00e0<\/p>\n

600 bottles.<\/p>\n

Monastrell 100%<\/p>\n

harvest \/<\/strong>The grapes were selected in the vineyard and picked by hand, colected into boxes.<\/p>\n

ageing \/<\/strong> Fourteen months in oak barrels and the rest in the bottle.<\/p>\n

terroir \/<\/strong> Llicorella (pissarra).<\/p>\n

bottled \/<\/strong>August 2023. Bordelesa bottle, colored “antique” of 75 cl., and extra natural cork stopper.<\/p>\n

tasting notes \/<\/strong> Ruby red and shiny. It has aromas of candied ripe fruit, plums, strawberry cherries, cranberries, to which in evolution if they add light balsamic aromas.<\/p>\n

In the mouth it is fine and elegant, with soft and silky tannins that add body and structure. The tannins have softened very harmonious and they give a very nice palate and good intensity. Long and persistent finish.<\/p>\n
