The grapes were selected in the vineyard and picked by hand, colected into boxes..
Once in the cellar, the grapes are placed in a vat for a short maceration. The most is removed from the skins and fermented at low temperature for fifteen days. Once fermented, it is clarified and filtered to be bottled.
Made in january 20th, 2021. Bordeaux style bottle of 75 cl. and natural cork..
Bright-looking, with a very pale yellow color with shades between pink and gray.
The nose shows fermentation aromas such as peach or pineapple but with a strong influence of the black Grenache variety which ends up highlighting its origin. There are also some citrus notes that invite you to see it.
In the mouth it is surprising for its complexity and good structure, at the same time it is fresh, also with citrus flavors. It has a full body and a good persistence in the mouth that makes it consistent and pleasant.
It must be consumed cold and with good company
